On a cool Wednesday afternoon ten Boston youth, organized by Boston Cares, volunteered at ReadBoston during their February school vacation week. In an all-time record of two hours this fabulous team of teens (ages 13-18 years old) sorted, stickered and packed 4,000 new books for our summer Storymobile program!
Thank you to our new young friends and to our community partners at Boston Cares. Your hard work and civic involvement gives 4,000 children in Boston a new book to enjoy over the summer!
